‘Lepe ti je, lepe ti je, Zagorje zelene, Zagorje zelene‘ (It is beautiful it is beautiful, green Zagorje, green Zagorje) says the famous song and that is why you must see the wine-growing hills of Zagorje and enjoy the beauty of the slopes of Ivanščica which dominate the Croatian Zagorje. At every step you will be welcomed by friendly hosts who will do their best to help you enjoy healthy local dishes prepared according to traditional Zagorje recipes. Try the well-known ‘zagorska kaplica’ (Zagorje droplets) and have fun in the good company of Zagorje locals, known for great celebrations, friendship and open hearts. Explore Zagorje by following the paths of royalty from ancient times. Castles and towers, museums and galleries will tell you their stories and legends, while walking along paths in almost pristine nature and enjoying the thermal waters of this region will refresh and completely revitalize you!
Tourist packages range from 1 - 8 days. The activity programme for an 8 day package includes: Day 1: Zagreb - Krapina; Days 2 - 6: Tuhelj - Trakošćan - Lepoglava - Pregrada - Desinić - Veliki Tabor - Marija Bistrica - Gornja Stubica; Day 7: Miljana - Kumrovec - Klanjec; Day 8: Zagreb. Packages are available throughout the year, for groups of between 2 - 40 people. Accommodation is provided at rural households and at 3 and 4 star hotels. Transport is possible with your own vehicle or provided by us, by bus. Professional guides are available in English, German, and other languages upon request.
