In an idyllic landscape, between the Drava and Mura Rivers, lies Međimurje, a picturesque region full of natural beauty, greenery and waters, rich in history, culture and tradition, which are carefully preserved up to this day. Join us in discovering Međimurje. This picturesque region will surely awake your curiosity. Embark on a wandering tour through an archeological, cultural and historical landscape, along sports, recreational and ethno paths, discovering on the way all the interesting things and magic of Međimurje. Learn about the tradition by talking with the locals and experience also the modern way of living. Feel the culture and soak up all the beauty of world famous Lepoglava lace. Its fine threads will thrill you just as much as the noble history of Trakošćan Castle, one of the most beautiful castles in Croatia. Indulge yourself and let the road take you to some of the most beautiful places in Međimurje and feel the magic of this magnificent area ‘between two waters’.
Tourist packages range from 1 - 8 days. The activity programme for an 8 day package includes: Day 1: Zagreb - Ludbreg - Čakovec; Days 2 - 5: Čakovec - Prelog - the estuary of the River Mura into the River Drava - Miller’s Educational Trail - Goričan; Day 6: Lepoglava - Trakošćan - Krapina; Day 7: Sveti Martin - Štrigova; Day 8: Križevci. Packages are available throughout the year, for groups of between 2 - 40 people. Accommodation is provided at 2, 3 and 4 star hotels. Transport is possible with your own vehicle or provided by us, by bus. Professional guides are available in English, German, and other languages upon request.
